Across Europe, thousands of disabled people still spend their livesinappropriately and unjustifiably segregated from society. Millions ofpeople with disabilities have no access to quality alternatives toresidential institutional care.

Congratulations on the success in Strasbourg! We were twice as many this time as in 2007.
Around 400 IL-activists made it to Strasbourg and the European Institutions this year. It was not easy to overlook us in front of the European Parliament, even many inhabitants in Strasbourg may have noticed more mobility and visually impaired people than usual...
