ENIL is a partner in the project called Learnabil-IT: Mutual Learning on skills for the ICT labour market for people with disabilities. This project will take place from Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2014.
Learnabil-IT aims to promote the cooperation and mutual learning between the worlds of work and vocational education and training in the ICT sector, supporting a better labour skills match and a greater employability of people with disabilities in the open labour market.
This is being done through the identification, analysis and mutual exchange of best practices regarding collaboration mechanisms between employers and their representatives, VET institutions for people with disabilities and disadvantages and people with disabilities themselves. The project will also support a comprehensive knowledge platform and a series of bench learning visits that will ensure that the most effective practices can be deployed and transferred beyond the execution of the project itself.
The project Learnabil-IT is funded by the programme PROGRESS of the European Commission contributing to the strategic goals of creating more and better jobs and offering equal opportunities for all.
The project Coordinator is the European Platform for Rehabiliation ( EPR). European partners are ENIL as well as Business Disability Forum. There are six national partners with a strong operational expertise in the field of education and training for people with disabilities are members of EPR:
