To mark this year’s 5th May – the European Independent Living Day, the European Network on Independent Living (ENIL) is organising a screening of “Defiant Lives”, a documentary on the history of the Independent Living movement. You can watch the trailer here.
The screening will be held on 4th May, 2018 in room PB4001 of the European Parliament from 17:00 – 20:00 h. It is co-hosted by MEPS Helga Stevens (ECR), Heidi Hautala (Greens), Julie Ward (S&D) and Brando Benifei ( S&D). The film is in English and French subtitles will be provided.
