Kamil is originally from Poland but was born and lives in Greece, where he studied journalism and communication.

In 2014, he co-founded i-living, the first and only Independent Living organisation in Greece, where he also served as Chair.

Since 2018, he has been working at the European Network on Independent Living (ENIL) as a Policy and Movement Support Officer. He also represents ENIL at conferences and other events.

He is an experienced speaker, moderator, and workshop facilitator on topics including disability and youth rights, independent living, and accessible tourism and travel.

Until autumn 2022, he represented the ENIL Youth Network in the Youth Committee of the European Disability Forum, where he served as Chair. He was also a member of the Youth Committee of the International Disability Alliance.

Finally, he is the only disabled travel blogger in Greece (see @thetrawheeler), and is part of the team at Care Under Sun, an accessible tourism company in Greece.
