Advancing Independent Living with Erasmus+. An introduction to working with the programme. 11 December 2023, from 14:00 to 16:10. EU logo and ENIL logo

An introduction to working with the programme

The Erasmus+ programme is probably the most known funding scheme provided by the European Union. It is also one of the EU funding programs which are the easiest to work with. For grassroots and small organisations, wishing to work with European funding, it is highly advisable to work with Erasmus+.

The original Erasmus program provided funding for university students, wishing to study in an-other EU country. Ever since it was merged with several other educational programs in 2014, Erasmus+ provides funding in several educational areas:

  • Higher education
  • School education
  • Vocational training
  • Youth work
  • Adult education

Funding in the areas of youth work and adult education cover non-formal and informal education. Many activities of Independent Living organizations fall under the definitions of those types of education. If there is a cross-border dimension, activities might be eligible for Erasmus+ funding.

This webinar aims to provide an introduction for anyone curious about the Erasmus+ programme and wishing to learn more to eventually carry out projects.

The webinar will take place on

  • Monday 11th of December 2023
  • From 14:00 to 16:10

Real-time captioning in English will be available.
