The 8th edition of the European Independent Living Day – 5th May 2021 is dedicated to the idea of movement or mobility (you can read more here).
ENIL will be online the entire day on the 5th May, beginning with the press release, sharing your stories, photos and videos from around Europe and the world on our social media channels, and hosting the following online events:
► Future of Transport: Addressing the Barriers through Innovative Solutions with the TRIPS Project – Wednesday 5 May at 12:00 – 13:30 CEST (you can find more information here, and register here)
► Being Proud, Strong and Visible Everywhere – A Film Screening & Global Exchange with Independent Living Activists – Wednesday 5 May at 16:00 – 18:00 CEST (you can find more information here, and register here)
Also, on Wednesday 5 May at 14:00 – 15:30 CEST, ULOBA, the Independent Living Institute in Stockholm and ENIL are co-organising a webinar addressing topics such as the history of the Independent Living movement, the role of ENIL etc. You can find more information about it here.
