This meeting will bring together members of ENIL from Central and Eastern Europe. Its aim is to discuss ongoing initiative and strategies in relation to promoting independent living (deinstitutionalisation, personal assistance, accessibility) in the region.
The meeting will be held in Budapest, Hungary. It is organised by ENIL, in cooperation with MEOSZ, Freekey and the Validity Foundation.
