The European Network on Independent Living (ENIL) is looking for a 4-month maternity cover for the Projects and Administration Officer in our Brussels office, with a starting date of 1 September 2025. The Projects and Administration Officer is responsible for the smooth running of our office, and for helping with the organisation of our meetings and events. Among the key responsibilities is coordinating the European Solidarity Corps programme at ENIL. This means, among other, supporting our volunteers with settling in and during their stay in Brussels.

This is a key post in the organisation, responsible for ensuring the smooth everyday operation of the small Brussels office, helping with running of our events and supporting the staff and interns with administrative tasks. Because of the nature of this position, the post holder must be able to come to the office on a daily basis.

Please note that ENIL is not in a position to support with or pay for relocation costs to Brussels.
