Ivana Janković is a Montenegrin lawyer and advocate for disability rights, with professional experience at the Ministry of Culture and Media, the Paraplegics Association of Cetinje, and the Association of People with Disabilities of Montenegro. She has participated in European and national projects on inclusion, discrimination, and independent living, including ENIL’s Youth Leadership Program. Ivana has published articles on women’s rights, students with disabilities, and political participation of persons with disabilities, and is active in several NGOs and European associations.
