Nicolas Joncour is a sociology student and disability rights advocate committed to advancing independent living in line with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. He serves on the Youth Advisory Council of the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and is a board member of the ENIL Youth Network. Nicolas has published in the Routledge International Handbook of Disability Human Rights Hierarchies, spoken at international conferences, and represented associations promoting inclusion and legal capacity across Europe.
