Which issues mostly affect your experience on public transport?
We would like to hear from you!
In the TRIPS project, ENIL is playing a central role in the design of a new index to assess the level of accessibility of urban transport services.
This index will be called Mobility Divide Index (MDI) and it will give us the chance to provide an objective measure of the levels of autonomy, required time, comfort, safety, convenience and affordability factors faced by disabled people while using local transport. It will help us to identify the barriers and therefore ensure equal access opportunities.
As a very first step of the index development, we have already collected contributions in dedicated co-design workshops with our project stakeholder groups, to outline a set of factors and subfactors that can affect disabled people’s daily travel experience.
Now it’s your turn!
If you are interested in taking part in the design of the Mobility Divide index, would you be willing to answer a few questions? We’d greatly appreciate your feedback.
Our survey takes about 10 minutes.

Thank you for your help!
