Our board member, Antonia Trikalioti, not only dreams of electric PAs, but she has also recently published a science-fiction novel, named “The Succession“. It is a cyber-punk, post-apocalyptic story, dealing mainly with ethical dilemmas surrounding the use of AI, and the new challenges for social cohesion, justice, and co-existence, in a world dominated by machines, the self-proclaimed Successors.

“The Succession” definitely carries her well-known revolutionary perspective. As she says, her novel is not only for sci-fi fans, but primarily for readers who like to explore the way societies are structured.

Antonia’s novel was previously published in Greece and was awarded as the 2nd best science fiction novel for 2024 at the Everlies Awards of the Hellenic Fantasy Festival. It is now available worldwide in English; you can find out more here, and even read a free sample.

We wish Antonia great success with “The Succession”!
